Unusual Effect: Radiant Glow

Another pretty simple Unusual Effect submitted but ultimately not accepted for the Winter 2023 Update. The effect itself consisted of 3 emitters with the concept of creating a snowglobe-esque effect centered in 3D space on the players head.

The effect came in 3 color variants:
Gold with a suggested name of Radiant Glow
Silver with a suggested name of Shimmering Glow
Team Colored (Red/Blue Tinted), with a suggested name of Scintillating Glow
